The Japanese cuisine is elegant and simple.
It is characterized by its natural flavours and its persistence in using fresh ingredients that denominated KISETSUKAN (feel of the season). Enjoy the flavour, the sight and the health.

  

Sashimi: Typical Japanese dish. Row fish without fat and any type of oil or greases, only soy sauce.
Japanese spicy (WASABY) and little raw greens (cucumber, carrot and so on).

Sushi: Eat also very typical Japanese dish, nowadays globally known.

Makizushi: Rice filling of cucumber, omelette, salmon tuna and all rolled up with dry seaweed.

Tempura: Fried vegetables and sea food, there is no hidden trick, only Professional Skilled.


Udon: Noodles (from wheat) with  soup-stock of tuna fish and seaweed.

Soba: Noodles (from millet) with  soup-stock of tuna fish and seaweed.

Ramen: Yellow Noodles (from wheat) with pork and chicken soup-stock leeks.

Breakfast: 8'30 to 10'30 h.
Lunch: 13'30 to 15'30 h.
Dinner: 20'00 to 23'00 h.

Is it necessary to reserve table?
Yes, especially for Japanese Course Menu’s Dinner it is necessary to reserve it in the morning.

Do you have half pension or full pension?
No we haven’t, but we serve lunch and dinner by “a la cart”. The lunch cost approximately 15€ to 20€.

I ‘m not able to eat raw fish, Do you have any menus or dishes which are not raw fish?
Yes, there are Japanese menus that do not include raw fish, but cooked and also we have international menus.
