Then come back his kitchen to make PAELLA, SEAFOOD SOUP, SEABREAMS... you can choose variety of his menus which are from very tradicional Andalucian dishes to New Mediteranean dishes. Specialy his technique & art of decolation is very profesional ones.

Our wine meetings will normally take place either in Mijas, in Malaga or Ojen depending on the number of guests. This half day experience will consist of an introduction to wine tasting, explaining the basic technique to taste and discover the flavour of the wines, the different method of classification of Spanish wines, testing of local and national Spanish wines (white, red, rose and dessert wines).
